Individual Coaching
As a coach, I prefer to choose people over tools and processes, and emotions and feelings over theory and concepts. I place great importance on creating a genuine and comforting connection with my clients before we begin working together on a concrete action plan. Generally, I follow the GROW model during coaching sessions, which roughly consists of setting goals, exploring options, drawing conclusions, and taking steps toward the desired outcomes.
However, if my client’s need is simply to vent, to hear themselves talk about a particular subject, or to explore new perspectives with my guidance, I honor their wishes and tailor the session to their current needs, in whichever format they prefer.
Some of my favorite approaches that bring tremendous results include visualization, metaphors, and other imaginative tools, as well as perspective shifting and reframing. These techniques help clients access the deepest areas of their minds—places otherwise inaccessible—and allow new ideas to unfold.
Regarding my areas of interest and audience, I have practiced coaching across various fields and with diverse clients. For example, in the business (corporate) sector, I have coached on topics such as career change, job transitions, performance improvement, conflict resolution, overcoming obstacles, and enhancing communication. I have also worked on life-related matters, focusing on interpersonal relationships, values and personal identity, personal goals, and assisting mothers returning to work after a break of varying lengths.
