My coaching style combines philosophical rigor with the dynamics of a live dialogue. Together we go beneath appearances and work in the contrasts between intention and action, fear and desire, image and essence. The process is deliberate, calm, and intense. We pause, listen, clarify what is real and relevant for you, then move to steps that change the results.
How I work
I maintain a safe, respectful, and discreet space. I am a thinking partner and a facilitator of the process. We co-create the objectives and the working ritual, and I bring presence, clear questions, and sharp synthesis. We alternate careful reflection with decisive steps. We slow down to hear the nuances, let silence do its work, craft fine distinctions, and decide lucidly. We work with the essence, in places often avoided, where background beliefs and useful tensions show up. We close each session with a few well-chosen steps that change the results. I hold your full 360: self-knowledge, your intrapersonal relationship, and your interpersonal relationships, across private and professional life, the same person in different contexts.
Method and tools
The foundation is deep listening, powerful questions, and precise synthesis. When useful, I use assessment tools for personal profile and relational dynamics, supported by multi-source feedback, to make patterns and their context visible. I treat these tools as means of clarification, not labels, and I use them only when they add value to your journey.
